Our office is located in the Arunachal Society at B 3, which is in the JP Nagar area of Goregaon East, Mumbai. We’re very close to the Pahadi School, so that’s usually how we tell people to find us. Being in Mumbai, space is always a bit tight, and our office is no exception. We’ve packed a lot of work into a relatively small area here at Ibm India Pvt Ltd. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there is always some kind of noise coming from the street or the school nearby. We’ve grown used to it over the years. The building is part of a standard residential society, so it feels very much like a local spot. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lighting. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. The monsoon season is always interesting because the rain can be so loud on the roof, but we just keep going. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine or a break room. Most of us just step out for a bit or eat at our desks. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment. We don’t use any corporate jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a local team doing our part in a busy corner of the city. It’s hard work, but we’re used to the pace of life here. We just keep our focus on the tasks at hand.
