We are over at Flat No 110 in the 2C block of Brindavan Apartments. It’s in Poonam Nagar, Andheri East. Working out of an apartment building like this makes things a bit more relaxed than a standard office. Ibexi Solutions Pvt Ltd has been based here for a while. The commute in Mumbai is always a bit of a headache, so being in Andheri East is actually quite helpful since it’s connected to most things. The space itself is just a regular flat turned into a workspace. We have our computers set up and a small area for files. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Usually, we just have the fan going and work through our tasks. There’s a nice vibe in Poonam Nagar, it’s mostly residential so it stays relatively quiet during the day which is good for focusing. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby. People just come to the flat if they need us. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the list of things to do. It’s a practical setup for us. We aren't looking to move to a fancy tower anytime soon. This place is homey and it suits the way we like to work together. We just keep at it every single day, trying to be efficient and helpful.
