We are over in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, even though our name might make you think we are based in Pune. We are located in the Suyog Samuha CHS, which is a residential society in Sector 8. Our unit is C 402. It’s a quiet building most of the time, which is nice for concentrating. We handle network stuff and internet solutions for people around here. It started as a small idea and just grew into a daily job for us. We don’t have a massive team or a glass-fronted office like those big companies. It’s just a regular flat converted into a workspace. You’ll see plenty of cables and routers lying around if you walk in. The view from Sector 8 is okay, and it’s a nice enough place to spend the day. We usually get in early and stay late if a client has a problem that needs fixing right away. It’s not the kind of work that gets much praise, but it’s necessary for everyone. People need their connections to work. We try to be honest about how long things will take. Sometimes parts are hard to find or the lines are down elsewhere. We just explain that clearly and do what we can to help. Sanpada is a good hub for us because it’s easy to get to other parts of the city. We’ve been here for some time now and know the guards well.
