The society is a bit old, but it is well-maintained and the people living here are generally helpful. Our office is a straightforward flat that we have converted. We have got our systems set up and enough chairs for everyone. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic and the general sounds of Mumbai, but we have gotten used to it over time. We don't have a lot of extra space, so we have to stay organized. There is a small balcony where we can step out for a minute if we need some air or a quick break. We usually start early to beat the heat and the crowds on the local trains. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters. It feels more like a small workshop or a home office. We do our own cleaning and make our own coffee. It’s just how we operate. We have been in this Kalina spot for a while now and we know the local shops where we can grab a quick snack or a cold drink. It is a very normal place with very normal people working hard every single day.
