I work at I B I Chematur Ltd, which is located over in Andheri West, right on the Andheri Kurla Road. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how chaotic it can be with the metro construction and the endless stream of cars and buses. The office is right in the middle of all that action. We deal with a lot of chemical and engineering-related work, so the atmosphere inside is usually pretty focused. I’m just one of the people here making sure things run smoothly. It’s not like those fancy corporate jobs you see in movies; it’s a lot of practical stuff and dealing with the day-to-day grind of a busy firm. The location is convenient because of the proximity to the road, but the noise and the dust are just part of the package in Andheri. I usually spend my lunch break trying to find a quiet spot or just grabbing something quick from a nearby stall. Working on Andheri Kurla Road means you spend a lot of time thinking about your commute and hoping the traffic isn't too bad when you leave. We’ve been at this for a while, and the office has a very lived-in feel to it. It’s a place where work actually gets done, without much fuss or unnecessary polish. It’s just a standard Mumbai office life for most of us here, trying to get through the tasks and head home before the trains get too crowded.
