You can find us at Building No 11, D 65, in Piramal Nagar. We are right off S V Road in Goregaon West. This part of Mumbai is always moving, so there is never a quiet moment outside our windows. We’ve been based in this building for some time now. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to the layout of Piramal Nagar, but we’ve managed to settle in quite well over the years. The office is pretty straightforward. We have rows of desks and people are usually pretty busy with their headsets on or typing away at their screens. It’s not the most glamorous place, but it serves its purpose for the work we are involved in every day. S V Road is always a mess with traffic, so most of us try to get in early or stay late to avoid the worst of the commute. We have a small pantry area where we keep the kettle and some snacks for when things get really hectic. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy enough and it keeps the rain out during the monsoon. We don't really have any fancy posters or slogans on the walls. It’s just a place where we come to do our shift and then head home to our families. It feels like a real workplace, with all the usual ups and downs that come with any job like this.
