Hr Mantra Software is located on Link Road in Malad West. We are in Linway Estate, room 303. Link Road is famous for being one of the busiest roads in Mumbai. There’s always construction or traffic, especially near the malls. Our building is a bit older and doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside, our office is pretty basic. We have rows of desks for the developers and a small cabin for meetings. We focus on HR software. It’s a lot of tedious work with payroll rules and attendance logs. We’ve been doing this for quite a while. The office can get a bit loud because we talk to each other across the room instead of sending messages. We have a small pantry where we keep our lunch boxes. The air conditioner is a bit old and sometimes it makes a loud humming sound, but we’re used to it. Most of us live nearby in Malad or Kandivali. We don't have a big corporate culture. We just come in, do our tasks, and go home to our families. Sometimes we stay late during the tax season because that’s when everyone needs help with their software. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have some calendars and a few photos of our families. It’s a simple, hardworking environment with people who just want to do a good job and keep things moving smoothly for everyone involved.
