Howick Ltd

We are located at 224 in the Universal Industrial Estate. It’s right on J P Road in Andheri West, so the traffic is always a bit loud outside our windows. Howick Ltd is basically just a group of us working out of this industrial unit. It’s a sturdy old building with a lot of other businesses nearby. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and workbenches. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just some old calendars on the wall and the tools we need. The lift in the building is a bit slow and creaky, so we often take the stairs when we're in a hurry. Most of our day is spent checking the inventory or dealing with the logistics of getting things moved out. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially when the machines have been running for a few hours. We keep a fan going, but it only does so much. People from the other units stop by to chat or borrow a wrench sometimes. It’s a decent community here. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the J P Road traffic when we head home. It’s honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like anything more than it is. We just keep the wheels turning and handle the daily tasks as they come. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s a real workshop for you.
