Housing Development Infrastructure Limited Hdil

Our branch of Housing Development Infrastructure Limited, or HDIL as some call it, is located in Navi Mumbai. We are specifically at 7C 34 in the Chandralok Society, which is over in Sector 10 of Koperkhairane. It’s a decent area with plenty of other houses and small businesses around. We’ve been working out of this society for a few years now. It’s more of a community setting than a typical business district. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of paper. We spend our time looking at development plans and trying to keep projects on track. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting in meetings to talk about construction schedules. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how we work. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to polish up how we look to the public. We are just a group of people doing the legwork for housing projects. Koperkhairane is a convenient spot for us because many of our staff live in the surrounding sectors. We’ve got a small break area where we drink coffee and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. The building is a standard part of the CHS, nothing fancy. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to make sure everything is filed correctly before we head home. It's a bit of a grind sometimes, but we get through it.
