We are located at Office No 58A inside the Wtc Arcade, right on Bhulabhai Desai Road in Cuffe Parade. It is a well-known spot in Mumbai, and being in the World Trade Centre building makes it easy for people to find us. Hospitality Education Consultant India focuses on training and guidance, but we aren't a big school or anything like that. It is more of a consulting setup where we sit down and talk through options with students or people looking to get into the hotel industry. The office is a bit small, filled with brochures and stacks of papers from different programs. We have a couple of desks and a phone that stays pretty busy during the admissions season. Cuffe Parade is a busy area, so there is always a lot of energy outside, which we like. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or try to sell people on dreams that aren't realistic. We just tell them how it is based on what we have seen over the years. Some days are just spent answering emails and others are full of face-to-face meetings. We don't have a big corporate structure. It is just a few of us who know the industry trying to point people in the right direction. It’s practical work. We like the location because it’s central, and the arcade has everything we need. We just keep things simple.
