This business started out in the Village and Post Office area of Waklan, over in Tehsil Thane. We still have roots there, but these days you can also find us at the Akbar Lala Compound in Ghatkopar West. We are pretty close to Chirag Nagar. It’s a bit of a spread-out operation because of how the districts are laid out. We deal with security tech, so we’re usually thinking about cameras and sensors and how to make things work in different buildings. The compound can get a bit hectic with all the different businesses moving things around, but we have our own little corner where we keep our gear. It’s not a polished tech office with neon lights. It’s mostly just shelves full of boxes and a few workbenches where we test the equipment before it goes out. Sometimes we spend more time in the van driving between Thane and Ghatkopar than we do in the actual office. The traffic around here is something else, but you learn the shortcuts after a few years. We’re just a small team trying to stay on top of all the new gadgets coming out. It’s a lot to keep up with, but it keeps the job interesting. We don't bother with fancy titles or anything. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed most. It’s a decent way to spend the work week and we get by.
