We make specialized tools and hobs, mostly for other factories. Heavy machines take up most of the space. It’s oily and smells like cold metal most of the time. Decorating isn't something we do. Walls still have calendars from five years ago hanging there. Dimension accuracy is our main focus because even a small mistake means the tool is useless.
