Hitesh Mewada

Hitesh Mewada here, working out of Dheeraj Regency in Borivali East. We’re right across from the Urban Tadka Hotel, which makes it easy to give people directions, though the Western Express Highway is always a mess with traffic. Our office is in A/803, and it’s a pretty straightforward setup. No marble floors or fancy art on the walls, just some desks and the tools we need for our work. I’ve been in this part of Mumbai for a long time, and I like the energy of it, even if the horn honking never stops. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s a small crew of us who know each other well. We don’t spend time on long meetings or writing big reports about nothing. We just get the tasks done. Sometimes we stay late when a job is tougher than we expected, ordering food from nearby while we finish up. It’s just how we operate. We don’t have a polished pitch or a sales team. If someone needs what we do, they usually just call or drop by. Being near the highway means we’re always connected to the rest of the city, but we feel like a local Borivali business through and through. It’s a lot of hard work, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay honest.
