You can find us at Office No A/10 in the Jeevan Sudha building. We are tucked away in Tara Temple Lane, right over in Andheri West. If you see the big BMW showroom, you are pretty much there. At Hintech, we deal with a lot of technical stuff every day. Our workspace is usually filled with wires, tools, and different pieces of equipment that we are trying to fix or set up. It’s not the neatest place in the world, but we know where everything is. People bring us all sorts of gadgets and problems that need solving. Sometimes it’s a quick fix and other times we have to scratch our heads for a few hours. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a coffee machine. Instead, we have workbenches and shelves full of spare parts. Andheri is always moving fast, and we try to keep up with the pace. We started this because we liked taking things apart and putting them back together. Now, it’s our full-time job. We handle things as they come in. Some days it’s quiet enough to actually organize our drawers, but mostly we are busy with repairs. We just talk to the customers directly and explain what’s wrong without using too many big words. It’s a small setup but it works for us. We’ve been in this building for a while and the neighbors are all good people. We just focus on getting the gear working again so people can get back to their lives without much trouble.
