It’s a place where machines hum all day and people are constantly moving boxes. We’ve been in this spot for quite a bit now. The streets around Antophill are always packed with trucks and laborers, so there’s never a quiet moment. We don’t bother with fancy titles or big meetings. We just look at what needs to be made and we make it. Sometimes the rain in Mumbai makes things difficult, especially during monsoon, but we manage to keep the wood dry and the production going. It’s a gritty, real-world business. We just show up and do the work. It’s how we’ve always done it here in Wadala.
