Hindustan Aromatics

Hindustan Aromatics operates out of the Hasham Building at No. 107/B on Mohd. Ali Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how incredibly busy this road stays from morning until late at night. The Hasham Building is right in the middle of all that chaos. It’s a lively place to be, to say the least. Our office isn't very big, and we have to make use of every inch of space we have. There are vials and records everywhere you look. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a few fans that do their best. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. The stairs in the building are a bit steep, so you definitely get your exercise for the day. We don't have any fancy signs or corporate branding inside. It’s just a place where we work. Usually, there’s a lot of talking going on as we coordinate different tasks. Sometimes a delivery truck gets stuck in the traffic outside, and everything gets delayed, but we just take it in stride. It’s part of the charm of working in such a historic and crowded part of the city. We enjoy the energy of the area, even when it’s a bit much. It’s just us, doing our thing in a very busy building.
