High-Touch Services

You can find us in Unit B 212 at the Bhagtani Enclave, which is tucked right behind the big Asian Paints building in Bhandup West. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to the layout, but once you find the enclave, it’s pretty quiet compared to the main road. High-Touch Services is basically just a group of us in this office space. We have our computers set up and a small pantry where we make coffee. It’s a basic office with white walls and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We chose this spot because it’s practical for getting around this part of Mumbai. The building has a lot of other businesses, so there is always someone coming or going in the elevators. We don't do much in the way of decorating; we just have what we need to get through the day's tasks. Most of our work happens on the phones or through email, so it stays fairly quiet inside our unit unless we’re having a meeting around the main table. Sometimes we go downstairs for a snack from the local vendors nearby. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to open the door. It’s very informal, and that’s how we prefer to keep things while we handle our daily business and try to keep everything moving.
