High Class Restaurant

Our restaurant is down on Belasis Road, right near Vaidya Street in Tardeo. If you know Mumbai, you know Tardeo is always moving. High Class Restaurant has been here at number 24 for a good while, and we’ve seen the streets change around us. Despite the name, we aren't some silver-spoon place where you need a suit to walk in. We’re actually pretty basic. The tables are close together because space in Mumbai is hard to come by, and it can get quite noisy when the lunch crowd hits. You can hear the taxis honking outside and the general hum of the city all day long. We have a small staff that has been with us for years, and they know the menu backward. The kitchen is small and gets really hot, especially in the summer months. We don't use any fancy tech to take orders, just pens and pads of paper. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it keeps things simple. Some people come in every single day for the same thing, and we appreciate that. It’s not about being the most modern place in the city; it’s just about being a reliable spot where you can get a meal without any fuss. Tardeo is a busy place, and we’re just happy to be a part of the neighborhood. We focus on the cooking and let the rest of the world worry about being trendy.
