We've been at the Shah N Nahar Industrial Estate for a while now. Lower Parel has changed a lot, but we're still here in unit 243, A2. It gets busy around here, especially with all the new offices coming up, but this industrial estate has its own rhythm. Hi-Tech Systems Pfe Pvt. Ltd. mostly deals with tech systems and hardware things. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything, just a solid place where we get the work done. People usually find us by asking around at the gate because the numbering can be a bit confusing if you’re new to the building. We keep things pretty straightforward. If someone needs a part or a system checked, we just look at it and see what can be done. It’s mostly just us and the machines most days. Sometimes the lifts are slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Mumbai or anything like that. We just want to make sure the stuff we send out actually works like it’s supposed to. It’s honest work, and we’ve been doing it long enough that we know the regulars who come by. If you’re looking for us, we’re right there in the A2 wing. It’s a bit dusty sometimes with the construction nearby, but that’s just how this part of town is these days.
