Hi Tech Facility Management

Hi Tech Facility Management is run out of C/402 in Swati Apartment, located on Juhu Lane in Juhu. This is where we handle the various tasks that come with looking after buildings and facilities. It’s not a traditional office building; it’s more of a home-base for our operations. We spend a lot of time coordinating maintenance, cleaning, and other services that keep a place running smoothly. Juhu is a busy area, so getting around from one site to another can take some time. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller setup where we all wear many hats. One day we might be dealing with a plumbing issue, and the next we are looking at electrical systems or security. It is practical work that requires us to be ready for anything. We don't use a lot of fancy terminology or corporate jargon. We just talk to our clients like regular people and try to solve their problems. Sometimes it’s hard to find good help or the right parts, but we keep at it until the job is done. Being in Swati Apartment means we are close to many of the properties we manage. We’ve been doing this for a while now and have a good sense of what the buildings in this part of Juhu need. It’s about keeping things in order and making sure small issues don't turn into big ones.
