We’ve been here at Hetal Agencies for a long time now. The office is in Kandivali West, right near the police station. If you’re looking for us, we are just across from the Chankiya Building. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. Most days start early with a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s just a plain space where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially being so close to the station, but you get used to it. We keep our files organized on the shelves and try to stay on top of everything. People come by quite often because it’s a central location. We don’t really do much advertising. Mostly, folks just know where we are. It’s a small team here, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We handle the daily tasks as they come. There’s always someone at the desk if you need to ask a question. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed right here in the same spot. It’s a straightforward way of working. No big corporate meetings or anything like that. Just regular people doing their jobs in Kandivali. We have a routine that works for us and we stick to it. If the door is open, someone is inside working. That’s how it’s always been at our place near the police station. We usually drink tea together in the afternoon while finishing up the logs. It’s a humble place.
