Up on the 10th floor of Al Aziz Palace, you get a bit of a view of the city, though it is mostly just other buildings and roofs. This is where Hertzsoft Technologies is located. Being in Umerkhadi means it is always busy downstairs. Chinchbunder has that old Mumbai feel, very packed and full of energy. We have our office in room 1002. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. Inside, we are just a group of people working on software and tech projects. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. The space is filled with desks and a lot of papers that probably should have been filed away weeks ago. It is a bit messy, but it is a working office. We handle whatever tech issues come our way. The neighborhood is loud, but once you are up here on the 10th floor, it quietens down a little. We like the location because it is right in the heart of things. We are not looking to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do good work for the people who trust us. It is a practical setup for a practical business. We drink way too much tea during the day. That is pretty much us—just a local tech firm in a busy part of Mumbai trying to keep up.
