Heritage Residency Restaurant

Our restaurant is part of the Heritage Residency Hotel, located in the Sadanand Sankool building on Kalyan Murbad Road. We are right across from the ICICI Bank at Pournima Chowk. This intersection is always crowded with cars, rickshaws, and people walking to and from the shops. Kalyan is a busy place, and we are right in the thick of it. The restaurant has been here for a while, and it’s where we spend most of our time. We open up and start the kitchen work early every morning. It’s a regular team of cooks and servers who have been with us for a bit. We don’t have any fancy titles or a complicated hierarchy. We just all pitch in to get the food out. The dining area is simple, with basic tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use. We see a lot of office workers during their lunch breaks and families coming in for dinner later in the evening. It can get pretty loud when the place is full, especially with the street noise coming in from Pournima Chowk. We don’t do any big promotions or have a flashy website. We just rely on the people who walk past or live in the hotel upstairs. It’s a busy life, but we like the energy of the neighborhood and just keep doing our thing, making sure the floor is swept and the tables are ready.
