Heramb Computers

We are over in Old Panvel, at Shop No 02 in the Palnitkar House. It is right on Shivaji Road. Our shop is one of those small spots where you can find all sorts of computer parts. We fix a lot of old laptops that people don’t want to give up on yet. It’s a bit of a crowded space because we have stacks of towers and monitors everywhere. We aren't a big chain store, just a local business trying to help people with their tech problems. Shivaji Road is always busy, so there is a lot of movement outside our door. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of us clicking through menus or opening up cases to see what’s wrong. We don't have a lot of space for customers to wait, so usually, people just drop off their machines and come back later. We try to be fair with what we charge because we know everyone is working hard for their money. Sometimes we have to hunt for parts that aren't made anymore, which takes time. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the locals know us as the place to go when their computer starts acting up. It is a practical, no-frills kind of shop. We just keep working through the repairs as they come in. It’s a bit messy with all the screws and tools lying around, but we know where everything is.
