Heng Bok Korean Restaurant

Heng Bok Korean Restaurant is tucked away at 11/1, Kalpak Corner, over in Bandra West. We are near the Bandra Junction, right where Linking Road, S V Road, and Turner Road all kind of meet. It's a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here knows. We decided to bring some Korean flavors to this neighborhood. It’s not a huge place, just a cozy spot where you can sit down and try something different. We have the traditional grills on the tables because that’s how this food is supposed to be eaten. It can get a bit smoky sometimes, but that’s part of the experience. The staff here will help you out if you haven't had Korean food before. We aren't trying to be a high-end corporate restaurant. We just want to serve good food in a relaxed setting. We get a mix of people—expats, locals who want to try something new, and students. The decor is simple and we try to keep a friendly vibe. We don't have a big corporate office or anything; the owners are usually around the restaurant making sure things are okay. Sometimes it's hard to find parking in Bandra, but people still make the trip. We’ve been here for a bit now and we’re just happy to be part of the food scene in Bandra. It’s just us doing our best with the recipes we know and making sure everyone has a decent meal.
