Hemant Katkar’s place is at 8801/2 in the Hanuman Darshan Co-operative Housing Society. We are located in Mumbai, specifically the 400079 area, which is a busy part of the city. The office is pretty basic, just a spot where we can sit down and get through the day’s work without too many distractions. Being in a housing society means things stay a bit more grounded. You see the same faces every day, and there is a sense of belonging that you don’t get in those big industrial parks. We don't have any polished speeches or a marketing team to tell our story. The story is just us showing up and doing the work. Sometimes the building elevator is acting up, or the Mumbai rain makes it hard to get around, but we manage. We’ve been here long enough to see the local shops change hands and the streets get busier. Our setup is practical. We’ve got the essentials and not much else. We don’t think you need a lot of luxury to do a good job. It is about the effort you put in every morning. We like the pace of life here. It’s fast, but it’s also very real. We don't try to be something we are not. We are just a local Mumbai business, handling our affairs from Hanuman Darshan and trying to stay ahead of the curve in our own small way. Most of the time, we're just busy with paperwork.
