Hem Paints Pvt Ltd has been operating for a while now. We use our email, pradnyamgaikwad2007 at rediffmail, to keep in touch with everyone since it’s easier than paper sometimes. We aren't much for big offices or fancy storefronts. Most of our time is spent with the actual product, making sure the colors are right and the buckets are sealed. It’s a messy business, to be honest. There are always splashes of paint on the floor and the smell of thinner in the air, but you get used to it after the first week. We’re just a small group of people who know our way around a palette. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just talk to our customers like regular people. If someone needs a specific shade, we look for it. If we don't have it, we say so. There’s no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We’ve had our share of busy seasons and slow ones too. During the holidays, things get pretty hectic around here. But mostly, it’s just a steady rhythm of mixing, packing, and sending stuff out. We take pride in just being a local business that does what it says. We don't need a lot of praise, just the knowledge that the job was done properly at the end of the day. It is hard work, but we enjoy the process of creating something useful for people.
