Heat Transfer Engineering

We've been at Universal Industrial Estate on I.B. Patel Road for a while now. Heat Transfer Engineering is mostly just us doing our daily work with radiators, heat exchangers, and that kind of stuff. It gets pretty busy here. The shop floor is usually loud. We don't have a fancy front office. Most days are spent looking at drawings or welding something. It's a regular industrial area. We've got the tools we need. People come by when they have a cooling problem or need a specific part made. We just try to get the dimensions right. Sometimes things take a bit longer if a machine acts up, but we stay until it's sorted. It's not a glamorous job. There’s grease and metal shavings everywhere. We know the neighbors around here well. If you’re looking for the place, look for the big blue door. We handle a lot of different metals. Copper, steel, you name it. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth. We just keep our heads down and work. The traffic on I.B. Patel Road can be a pain in the afternoon, so we usually start early. It's just a small team of us here. We make sure the parts fit. That's about it. Nothing too complicated, just honest engineering work every day. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but we’re still here at number 5, just keeping at it.
