We have our office over at 10 Saidham Apartment. It's right by the Tisgaon Naka on Poona Link Road. Being in Kalyan East means things get pretty busy outside, especially with the traffic noise coming in all day. Most days start with us cleaning up the desks and checking the stacks of files. People stop by quite a bit. They usually have some papers to sign or random questions about their policies. Sometimes the old fan makes a bit of noise, but we just get used to it after a while. The location is easy for locals to find because the apartment building is a well-known spot around here. I guess we spend a lot of time just sitting at our computers. It's mostly quiet inside unless there are several visitors talking at once. We’ve been here for a good while now. The morning tea from the shop nearby is a regular thing for us, actually. We just handle the insurance stuff as it comes. Sometimes the internet is slow, which can be a real pain when we're trying to look things up for someone waiting at the desk. It's a small place but it works for what we do. We try to keep things organized so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. Dealing with life insurance means lots of forms and ID copies. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood. It isn't a fancy setup. Just a regular office where we sit and work.
