Our office is over in Dombivli East, right in the Raj Garden Society. We are in unit A 304, near the Madhvi Bunglow on Rajaji Road. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels quite local. We’ve been operating from this building for some time now. Dealing with life insurance means we spend a lot of time with numbers and names. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for us and the people who visit. You’ll find us surrounded by folders and computer monitors. We try to keep things organized, even if it gets a bit hectic when several people come in at once. Being in Thane, we see a lot of commuters. People often drop in on their way home or during their time off. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just explain what the different plans do and help with the applications. It’s a practical place. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific file, but we usually find it. We like being part of the Raj Garden community. It feels more personal than being in a big downtown office block. We drink a lot of tea and stay busy with the data entry. If you live around Rajaji Road, you’ve probably seen our sign. We are just regular people working a job and helping out with insurance questions. We try to be patient even when the paperwork gets a little overwhelming for some folks.
