We are located at 1 210 E in the Kumud Kalpana building. It’s right on Dr. Ambedkar Road in Matunga East. If you know Mumbai, you know this road is always humming with traffic and people heading toward the station. Our space is just a regular setup where we handle the daily banking needs of the folks living nearby. It’s not a massive branch, so it feels a bit more personal when you walk in. We have the usual desks and the counter where things get sorted out. Being in Matunga, we get a lot of people who have lived in the area for decades. We aren't big on corporate polish here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs have been around for a few years, but they’re comfortable enough. We focus on the work, like processing forms and checking IDs. There’s no marketing talk here, just plain English and getting things done. The breeze from the road brings in a bit of dust, but we keep the fans going to stay cool. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up in the morning, open the shutters, and stay until the last ledger is balanced. It’s just how banking is done in this part of the city. We keep a small stack of newspapers in the corner for anyone waiting. Most of us just drink our tea and get through the paperwork without any big fuss.
