Our branch is located right at the corner where Jambli Gully meets Factory Lane. It is a very busy spot in Borivli West with a lot of people constantly walking by. We are on the second floor of the Jainam Enclave building, specifically in unit 201. Getting through the traffic to reach us can be a real headache sometimes, especially in the late evenings. Most of our work involves helping people with their normal daily transactions. People come in with stacks of checks to deposit or to ask questions about their fixed deposits. It gets quite hectic during the first week of every month when everyone’s salaries are deposited. We try our best to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork really piles up on our desks. The office has a decent view of the street, so we see all the hustle and bustle happening outside while we are working. It has a very local feel to it here. We know the best shortcuts through the lanes to get our lunch. Many of our customers live right in the surrounding buildings, so they just walk over whenever they need something. We do not have anything fancy going on inside, just the usual bank counters and some chairs for people to sit on while they wait. Sometimes the printer jams up, which is annoying for everyone, but we fix it and keep going. It is just a regular group of people working here in Mumbai 400 092, keeping things running as best as we can.
