You can find us right in the Akashganga building at Rabodi 2. It is a crowded and busy area in Thane West, but we have our spot set up here at number 38 Swati B. People from the nearby apartment blocks usually drop in to get their banking stuff sorted. It is mostly about managing simple savings accounts or getting a new debit card when the old one stops working or gets lost. The space we have isn't very big, so it can feel a bit cramped when too many people come inside at once. We usually have a few people waiting by the door on busy days. It gets quite noisy outside because of all the traffic on the road, but inside we just focus on what is on our computer screens. We do a lot of basic things like updating home addresses or helping people who have forgotten their online passwords. It is just us doing our daily shift here in Thane. We have gotten to know the local shops around Rabodi pretty well over the years. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up in the afternoons, which makes the office a bit warm, but we get through the day okay. There isn't much to say other than we are here to do the banking work for the neighborhood. It is a practical and simple setup. We see the same faces every week, mostly local residents and a few small business owners from down the street. It is just a normal part of the day for us.
