We’ve been tucked away at 401-A in Arokya Sadan for a while now. Finding Juvekar Marg in Bhandup isn't always the easiest for people who don't live around here, but we like it well enough. The Mumbai humidity can be a bit much some days, especially when the office gets crowded with hardware and stacks of paperwork that need sorting. We spend most of our time looking at screens or trying to figure out why some system isn't behaving like it should. It’s a small space, really, but it serves the purpose. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we end up taking the stairs, which is good for the legs but not for our breath. Most of the people working here live close by, so we know the local chai stalls and where to get a decent lunch when we haven't brought tiffins from home. It isn't a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just desks, chairs, some cables everywhere, and a lot of focus on the tasks at hand. People come and go, some looking for technical help and others just to deliver things. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but inside we mostly just hear the hum of the fans and the clicking of keyboards all day long. Hcl Infosystems Ltd has its place here, and we’re just the ones keeping the gears turning in this part of town.
