Hcl Infosystem Ltd Mubai is situated at the Mulloly house in Thruthyad, which is under the Balussery route in the Kozhikode district of Kerala. Even though the name says Mumbai, our daily reality is very much here in the lush, green landscape of Kerala. The office is basically a converted house, which gives it a very relaxed and homey feeling compared to a standard business park. We are surrounded by trees, and when it rains, which happens a lot here, the sound on the roof is so loud we sometimes have to raise our voices to hear each other. The walk to the local post office is quite nice, and we usually take turns going there to check for mail. Inside, we have our computers and workbenches set up in what used to be living rooms and bedrooms. It’s a bit of a maze with all the wires running along the floor, but we know where everything is. We don't have a formal reception desk or anything like that. If someone stops by, they usually just walk in and find us at our desks. Living and working in Balussery means things move at a certain pace, and we’ve grown used to the quiet life here. It’s a small, dedicated group of us handling the technical side of things while looking out at the coconut palms. It’s a decent place to spend the day working.
