Down in Borivali West, we have our setup at Plot No 19 in the Suverna Co-op Housing Society. We are in room D-4. It’s a typical Mumbai apartment-style office, which works for us since we’re mostly focused on the Gorai area. Dealing with cable TV and datacom in Mumbai means dealing with a lot of humidity and rain, which can mess with the wires. Our office usually has a few technicians hanging around waiting for their next job. We have plenty of tools and splitters sitting on the shelves. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work. Most of the people living in the society know us. We aren't trying to be a big corporate hub; we just want to make sure your connection stays stable. If a line goes down in Gorai, our guys are out there pretty fast. We spend a lot of time on the phone answering questions or explaining why a certain channel isn't showing up. It’s just the daily grind of a cable office. The fan is always on, and there’s usually a stack of bills waiting to be processed. We don't use any fancy talk or marketing.
