Harsshil Gifts

Harsshil Gifts is located on the second floor of the Raj Ratna building, right opposite S.N.D.T. in Malad West. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows the college, so it’s easy to give directions. The office is usually overflowing with all sorts of gift items, boxes, and wrapping materials. It can look a bit cluttered at times, especially when a big holiday is coming up and we have a lot of orders to get out. We’re just a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything—from answering the phone to packing boxes. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us trying to keep things moving and making sure the right items get to the right people. Sometimes we get orders that are a bit unusual, and we have to scramble to find exactly what the person is looking for. That’s the fun part, though. Malad is a busy place and the street outside Raj Ratna is always full of students and shoppers, which gives the area a good vibe. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many shops come and go, but we’ve managed to stick around by just being regular people doing a regular job. We don’t spend money on fancy ads; we just hope that if someone likes what they get, they’ll tell their friends. It seems to work well enough for us, even on the busiest days.
