We are located in Mulund, specifically on R.R.T Road. Our office is on the first floor of the Damji Kheraj Building. It’s an old building, the kind where you know everyone else on the floor. Being in Mulund is convenient because the station is close, though the walk can be crowded during rush hour. We deal with polycontainers here. Most of the time, our space is filled with samples of different sizes and shapes. It gets a bit cramped when a new shipment comes in or when we are sorting through records. We don’t really have a fancy reception area. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with suppliers and customers. Sometimes the fans make a lot of noise, but you stop noticing it after a while. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We just provide containers for people who need them. Most of our neighbors in the building are also small businesses, so there’s a nice community feeling. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and know the local tea sellers and couriers by name. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we work, day in and day out.
