Hanuman Traders

The office for Hanuman Traders is tucked away on the fourth floor of Vyapar Bhavan in Masjid East. If you’ve ever been down to this part of town, you know exactly how it is. The streets are always packed with trucks and people moving crates, and the noise never really stops until the sun goes down. Room 421 is where we handle everything. It’s a compact space, mostly filled with ledger books and the sound of the ceiling fan clicking. We’ve been operating out of here for years, dealing with whatever goods need moving through the market that week. It gets dusty, and the stairs are usually a workout because the lift is slow, but we don't mind much. It’s just part of working in Masjid. We mostly talk to wholesalers and the guys downstairs on the street. Some days are slower than others, where we just sit around drinking tea and waiting for a shipment to clear, while other days are a complete mess of phone calls and missing invoices. We don’t have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the orders get where they need to go and that our accounts stay balanced at the end of the month. It’s honest work, even if the building is a bit old and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We’re just local people doing business in a busy corner of the city.
