We’re set up in B 408 at the Radhashyam CHS, which is in Sector 42A of Nerul. It’s Plot No 4, right in the heart of Navi Mumbai. Being an infomatic company, you might expect a lot of glowing lights and servers, but it’s really just a bunch of us sitting at desks with our laptops. The building is a typical housing society that also has office spaces, so you get a mix of families and workers in the hallways. We’ve been here at 400706 for a while now. The space is a bit cramped because we have quite a bit of hardware and stacks of paperwork tucked into every corner. It’s a practical environment. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to solve technical problems that come up. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab vada pav or us sitting around the small pantry area talking about anything except work for a few minutes. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby and a guard; you just come up the stairs and knock on the door. We don’t put on any acts here. If things are busy, the place looks a mess, and if we’re waiting on a project, it’s a bit quieter. We just keep our heads down and handle the data and software side of things as best as we can. It's a steady routine in a good location where we can get the work finished.
