Handy Products

We are located at 10, Chhapra Building, which is on R K Vaidya Road in Dadar West. If you know the Mangal Bazar area, you know it gets incredibly crowded, especially on market days. Our place is right in the middle of all that chaos. Handy Products is a small shop, but we pack a lot into it. There are boxes stacked up to the ceiling in some corners, and it can be a bit of a squeeze when we have more than a couple of people inside. The Chhapra Building is an old one, and it has that specific smell of an old Mumbai market building—a mix of dust and whatever else is being sold nearby. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s more like a storeroom where we also do our business. Most of our day involves sorting through stock and helping people find what they need. The noise from Mangal Bazar is constant, with hawkers calling out and people haggling just a few feet away from our door. It’s an energetic place to work, even if it is a bit tiring by the time evening rolls around. We keep a small fan on the desk to stay cool, but it doesn't do much when the sun is hitting the road hard outside. We just focus on getting the day's work done and keeping things organized in our little corner of Dadar West. It is a busy, honest life here.
