Halliburton Offshore Services Inc is tucked away at No 2 Raja House in Siddharth Nagar. We are over in Vakola, Santacruz East. This part of Mumbai is always moving. If you know Raja House, you know it is a solid building that has seen a lot of years. Our spot is right there on the ground level, which makes it easy to pop in and out. Siddharth Nagar is a bit of a maze if you are not used to it, but we have been here long enough to know all the shortcuts. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some old desks and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it. Being in Santacruz East means we deal with the usual Mumbai noise and the humidity, but we have a decent AC unit that keeps things bearable. There is a small tea stall just around the corner where we usually go for breaks. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We do not have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head out when the day is done. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic in Vakola, but that is just how it is.
