Haflinger Technologies Private Limited is tucked away in Koliwada. Our office is in Building Number 2 of the Kargil Apartment complex, specifically Flat 303. Koliwada is a unique part of the city. It’s got a lot of character and history. Our office is basically a converted apartment, which makes it feel very cozy and informal. We don't have a corporate lobby or a receptionist. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to open the door. We have our desks set up in the main rooms. It’s a very collaborative way to work because you can’t really hide from anyone. We talk a lot while we work. The building itself is a bit older, but it’s sturdy. We’ve decorated it with things we like, mostly books and some plants that we sometimes forget to water. We started this company because we had some ideas and wanted a place to try them out. It isn't a high-pressure environment with people shouting into phones. We just go about our business quietly. Most people in the building are residents, so we try to be respectful and not make too much noise. It’s a simple, honest setup. We don't try to look like a multinational firm. We are just Haflinger, working out of a flat in Koliwada and doing our best with what we have. It works for us and our clients don't seem to mind. We just handle the projects as they come in.
