Gulab Computers

Gulab Computers is based out of Plot No. 25 on Road No. B22. We are part of the Ratnadeep Co-Operative Housing Board Society in Lokhandwala, Kandivali East. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the MTNL office, which is a good landmark for the taxi drivers. Our space isn't like those big shops you see in malls. It’s a modest setup where we focus on fixing laptops and desktops. We have a lot of regular customers from the society who just walk over when they have a problem. The office is usually a bit cluttered with various components and tools, but we know where everything is kept. We don’t have a dedicated sales team or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just talk to one of us who is actually doing the work. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and we like the quiet feel of this particular road. Sometimes we have to go out to people’s homes to help them set up their printers or routers. We don’t use any complicated jargon. We just tell people what is wrong and how we think it should be fixed. It’s a simple way to work and it keeps things honest. We usually close up around dinner time to head home. If the gate is locked, you just have to buzz the intercom and someone will let you into the compound.
