We’ve been at B-149 in Vashi Plaza for quite a while now. Most people know Sec-17 is the place to go when your computer acts up or you need a specific part. It's usually busy around here with people rushing around and cars everywhere. We handle a lot of different tech stuff every day. Sometimes it's just a screen repair on an old laptop, other times someone needs a whole new setup built for their home. It gets a bit cramped in the shop with all the boxes and spare parts lying on the shelves, but we generally know where everything is kept. People just drop in when they have a problem they can't figure out. We aren't a big fancy office with a lobby or a receptionist. It's just us here working through whatever comes through the door. Vashi has changed a lot since we first started, but this plaza still feels about the same as it always did. We try to get things done as fast as we can because we know nobody likes being without their phone or laptop for too long. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and a bit of trial and error sometimes. Some days are longer than others, especially when a repair takes more time than we first thought it would. We aren't doing anything flashy or special, just keeping machines running for the folks around here. If you're walking around the sector, you've probably seen our sign. It's nothing special, but it's home for us. We just keep at it.
