Grow Win Creations

We are Grow Win Creations and we work out of No. 16 Ananthwadi. Our place is on the 3rd floor in Room No. 41. It’s right on Kalbadevi Road. If you are looking for us, we are near the Adarsh Baug Hotel. Being on the third floor means climbing a lot of stairs every day. We don't have an elevator that works all the time. It keeps us fit I guess, but it's hard when we have to carry boxes up. The room is quite small for the amount of work we do. We have to be very organized to make everything fit in the space. There are boxes and files stacked up to the ceiling sometimes. Kalbadevi Road is always packed with people and carts moving goods. It is very loud outside with all the shouting and engines. We keep the windows shut to block out some of the noise. It gets pretty hot in there during the summer months. We have a couple of old fans that stay on all day long. Most of us have been working together at Grow Win Creations for a long time. We know how each other works without asking. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. It’s just us doing the daily work. Sometimes we go down to the hotel for a quick snack or some tea. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses like ours. We help each other out if someone needs to borrow a tool or some packing tape. It’s a tight space but we make it work. Every day is pretty much the same. We come in, do our tasks, and head back home through the busy streets.
