Greenleaf Software is tucked away in the Bliss Compound on Nivetia Road. We are in the Malad East area, which is always busy. Finding the compound can be a little tricky the first time, but once you’re here, it’s a quiet enough spot to get work done. We do software development and coding here. It's not a flashy tech office with bean bags or anything. It’s mostly just desks, monitors, and people typing away for hours. We spend a lot of time staring at code and trying to figure out why things aren't running the way they should. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We started out here a few years back and just kept at it. Malad is a good place to be because everything is close by, but the traffic on Nivetia Road is something else. We usually have tea together in the afternoon to take a break from the screens. It’s a small team, so we all know what each other is working on. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just build the things people ask us to build. Sometimes the projects are big, sometimes they’re just small fixes. It’s a lot of logic and patience. We like the challenge of solving problems that seem stuck. We don't mind the long hours when the work is interesting.
