Micro Link Infonet is situated right across from the Grant Road railway station. We occupy units A-101 and 102 on the first floor of the Avishkar building. The address is also known as 36 Khatauwadi on Sleater Road. Being so close to the station means there’s constant noise and movement outside, which we’ve just learned to ignore. We’ve been here for years, dealing with infonet services and general tech support. The office is usually a bit of a mess with routers, cables, and old computers, but we know where everything is. It’s a busy environment because people are always dropping in or the phones are ringing. We don't have a slick corporate image. We’re more of a hands-on type of place. Our staff is mostly local people who know the Grant Road area well. We don't do much in the way of marketing or promotion. Most people find us because they walk past the building or someone they know told them to come here. It can get pretty hot in the office during the summer, but we have a few fans going to keep us sane. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep our clients' networks running smoothly. It’s a practical business in a very busy part of Mumbai. That’s just how it is at Micro Link Infonet. We stick to what we know and try to help people out with their tech issues. The Sleater Road traffic is always there, but we keep working.
