If you look for us in Grant Road East, you will find us in the Tinwala Building at Office Number 12. It is an old building on Tribhuvan Road, and it can get quite crowded around here with all the foot traffic. We spend our days mostly staring at screens or fixing computer parts. The space is a bit cramped because we have boxes of components stacked up in the corners, but we know where everything is. Grant Road is a busy area, so there is always noise coming in from the street, especially the honking of the taxis. We started Galaxy Infotech because we liked working with technology, and it just grew from there. It is not a shiny corporate tech office like you see in the movies. It is just a place with a few desks, lots of cables, and people trying to solve technical problems. Sometimes the internet acts up or a client brings in a device that is beyond saving, which is frustrating, but that is just how it goes. We drink a lot of tea while we work to keep our energy up. Most of our visitors are people from the nearby offices or residents who need their laptops looked at. We don't have a big marketing budget, so word of mouth is usually how people hear about us in this part of Mumbai. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that helps a little bit.
