We are based in Goregaon East, specifically in the BMC Colony at Santosh Nagar. Our shop is Room No. 2 in the D-Ward on A. K. Vaidya Marg. It is a bit of a tight squeeze with all the equipment we have packed in there. Goregaon is always crowded, and this area is no different. We spend our days working on computers and dealing with various tech issues people bring us. The building is an old one, but it works for what we need. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, looking at screens or opening up computer cases. You hear the noise from the street all day long. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting area. People just come to the door and tell us what’s wrong with their machines. It's a very hands-on job. We have cables everywhere and spare parts sitting in boxes on the floor. It can get a bit messy during the busy hours, but we know where everything is. Living and working in Santosh Nagar means we see a lot of the same people every day. We don't do any big marketing stuff. Most of our work comes from people in the colony or nearby who know we are here. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way. We just focus on the task at hand and try to finish it by the time the sun goes down.
